Tier is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis based on closed-unit volume and partner health (client satisfaction, deal hygiene, payment timeliness).

Fair Attribution

Who Earns the Commission on Any Given Deal

Few things kill a partner program faster than unclear rules on who owns which lead. Here are ours β€” documented and enforced in the partner portal.

Referral-link attribution

If the client first reaches Flexy-Homes through your unique partner link, QR code, or email β€” the deal is yours for the lifetime of that client.

Verbal or in-person introduction

If the client names you during their first interaction with our sales team, the deal is yours. Our intake form captures this on every inbound.

Dormant leads return to the pool

A lead that doesn't progress within 90 days β€” without an active engagement note β€” returns to the general pool. Keeps the pipeline clean.
