Confirms your order and secures your production slot. Final design approval happens after this payment.
Production Start
After design approval + factory confirmation
Manufacturing begins. You receive your production timeline and first video confirmation from the factory.
Shipping
After photo/video proof of completed unit
Your unit is complete at the factory. You see it in full before it's loaded for shipping to Kenya.
Installation
After on-site acceptance
Final balance due only after your home is installed and accepted on site — by you or your nominated representative.

Rated for 50+ years of life. Layered coverage: 1-2 years on workmanship and general materials (paint, trim, drywall), 2-5 years on mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and 10 years on structural components (foundation, load-bearing walls, roof framing).
