What if I can't fly to Kenya during the process?

You don't have to. We handle every stage remotely — consultation on video call, design approval over email, milestone payments via bank transfer or escrow, and video updates throughout. For installation, nominate a trusted family member, or use our on-site acceptance service for a small fee.

Can I still use my own land?

Yes — that's the most common scenario. Bring your land, we bring the home. We provide foundation specifications, and we can recommend vetted local contractors for foundation and utility work if you don't have one.

How do I actually pay from abroad?

Bank transfer from your country to our Kenyan business account is standard. For additional security, we can structure payments through an escrow account at a Kenyan bank of your choice — the bank only releases each milestone after receiving the agreed proof of progress.

What are the import duties and hidden costs?

There are none. Our listed prices already include the structure, interior finishes, delivery to Nairobi, and all import duties and taxes. The only additional costs are your foundation and utility connections, which vary by your site. These are quoted up front, not added later.
